Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service.
2. Is a consultation required before booking?
For color services or major transformations, a consultation may be required. This helps ensure your hair is in the right condition for the service and that your goals are achievable.
3. What is the late policy?
There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Respect for time helps keep all clients on schedule.
4. What should I do before my color appointment?
Your hair must be:
Clean within one week of the appointment
Free from product buildup, oils, and residue
Not freshly taken out of a protective style (like braids or sew-ins)
Appointments will be canceled if hair is not in proper condition.
Detangling services begin at $100/hr if needed.
5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. New appointments will require a new deposit.
6. How should I prepare for a haircut or silk press?
Please arrive with:
Dry, detangled hair
No heavy oils or butters
No protective styles, unless fully removed and detangled
Extra time required for detangling may result in additional fees or a reschedule.
7. Do you accept walk-ins?
KY&CO is by appointment only to provide each client with the time and attention they deserve.
8. Are children or extra guests allowed?
To maintain a peaceful and professional atmosphere, no additional guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.
